Before you go
Applying is straightforward. Choose your programme, tell us your dates and interests, and we will guide you from booking to arrival in Kenya.
Step 2 — Check pricing & dates
Review package prices and extra-week rates on our pricing page. Most programmes run year-round with flexible start dates. Apply early so there is time for visas, flights, and preparation.
Step 3 — Submit your booking
Complete our booking form with your details, preferred project, travel dates, and any support needs. We review applications on a rolling basis and will contact you to confirm next steps.
Step 4 — Secure your place
Once accepted, follow the payment schedule in your confirmation. Your place is fully secured when required payments are received. We then send pre-departure guidance tailored to your programme.
